Buena Vista has the only rooftop patio in downtown Boquete with 360-degree views of Boquete. The rooftop patio is over 200 square meters and partially covered to enjoy the views rain or shine. Valle Escondido is comprised of 6 separate phases. The first and oldest is called Vista Golf. This phase is made up of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom duplex villas ranging in size from 1,800-3,200 square feet. Some of these units are single floor units perched high on a hill overlooking the 2nd Fairway of the Quebrada Grande Golf Course and these are the most sought after units in this phase. The rest of the phase is comprised of 2 level duplex villas and there are some great deals on these units available right now.
The second phase is Vista Golf II. This phase consists of 3 bedroom 3 bath, 2 floor duplex villas, each one mesauring over 3,000 square feet. These Villas overlook the 4th and 5th holes of the golf course and move quite quickly when a resale comes available.
The third phase of Valle Escondido contains single-family residences built on good size lots. These properties were originally sold to owners as vacant lots and, in most cases, the owners contracted their own construction of the homes. There are some amazing homes in this phase and also some good deals on resales right now. There is only one building lot left in this phase and we have the listing on it.
The fourth phase in the project is comprised of 6 4-unit condo buildings constructed in front of the large creek that flows through the project. These condos were built in 2007-2008 and offer amazing views of the creek and maintenance-free living as the common areas and condo exterior are maintained by the board of condo owners.
The fifth and most exclusive area in Valle Escondido is Escondido Estates. This phase consists of large homes built on large lots. Homes in Escondido Estates range in size from 4,000-10,000 square feet. We have some amazing resale estates in this phase as well as the few remaining building lots in the project.
The last and newest of the phases in this project are the 3-story condo units constructed toward the front of this project. The second of 4 condo buildings was recently completed and the third building is going up quickly. These are all 2 bedroom 2 bath units with an open floor plan layout and maintenance free living.
