I see you're having trouble closing some apps and restarting your iPhone, so I wanted to reach out with some suggestions that may help. First of all, we'll need to get that iPhone restarted properly: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support. Once that's done, restart and see if you're able to close your apps. Beyond that, I'd be interested in knowing more about what's causing this. Have you noticed this behavior starts with any certain apps? Is this the first time it has happened?
